Napier Street

Napier Street is a development consisting of 18 two-bedroom townhouses and a residents' centre. All 18 homes were sold to Kāinga Ora to house families and individuals who have an urgent and critical need for somewhere to live. These townhouses in Dunedin are architecturally designed to blend in with the beautiful suburb of Belleknowes and the homes have now been completed and handed over, with families moving in from April 2024. We are proud of our part in helping solve the social housing crisis in our beautiful city.
