Each build is project-managed by our team, from our on-site office – giving us complete oversight of the entire build.
Healthy Homes
Our homes are designed so our purchaser can live, work and play in a healthy and safe environment. All of our new build homes in Dunedin come with an independent healthy homes compliance certificate, giving you peace of mind regardless of whether you are an investor or owner occupier.
Maintenance Period and Warranties
Defect Period and Structural Warranty All our homes come with a 12-month defect period for faulty workmanship and materials, as well as a 10-year structural warranty, ensuring peace of mind.
Product Warranties On settlement, you'll receive a welcome pack detailing product warranties and maintenance guidelines. These warranties are supported by the Consumer Guarantees Act and cover all materials used during construction.
