This development provides 7 generously sized, 2-bedroom Dunedin townhouses to families with a pressing and urgent need for somewhere to live. The development is located just minutes to the Mornington shopping centre, less than 3kms to the Octagon and with great access to public transport which will makes for a perfect location for social housing. The homes were delivered in December 2024 and we are proud of our contribution towards solving the social housing crisis in our beautiful city.
