Durham Street consists of 9 two bedroom townhouses with garages. These homes have views out over city and out to the harbour and are located just minutes to the Mornington shopping centre and 2.5km to the Octagon. All 9 townhouses in Dunedin were purchased by Kāinga Ora to be used to house families and individuals that have an urgent and critical need for somewhere to live. The development is complete, with families moving into the homes in December 2023. We are proud of our contribution towards solving the social housing crisis in our beautiful city.
