Our story
Founded by Tom Nailard, George Hercus and Charles Blair, TGC Homes is a Dunedin based townhouse developer that specialises in providing housing solutions to a city where the Council estimates there is demand within the urban area for 1500 additional homes right now, growing to 4400 homes by 2030.
Through innovation and design we are able to provide high quality, affordable homes in locations throughout Dunedin that are close to amenities, education and work opportunities.
TGC Homes delivers solutions across a wide range of markets including social housing, first home buyers and investor stock, and highend townhousing for retirees and downsizers. We are proud of every development we have built and continue to focus on building the right home, in the right location, at the right price.
