Independent rental appraisals - Each development includes a rental appraisal outlining the expected weekly rent for the home.
Guaranteed rental income when using NZPS Property Management - If you engage NZPS Property Management, TGC Homes guarantees rental income equivalent to the appraised weekly rent for the first two years of ownership, subject to the programme terms.
Vacancy protection - We will cover up to six weeks of vacancy per year during the guarantee period, helping to reduce pressure while securing a suitable tenant.
Rent top-ups if required - If the rent you achieve is lower than the appraised weekly amount, TGC Homes will top up the difference during the guarantee period.
